All items* bought from Zama Brand can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase using the following methods:
• Option 1: Request our support team for our exchange form & fill it out. Include the form in your return package and ship it using your preferred courier service. Upon receiving your package at our warehouse, we will process your exchange request. A 250 PKR delivery fee for exchanged products will be collected as cash on delivery (COD).
• Option 2: For a more convenient exchange process, simply fill in the Google Form that will be provided to you by our support team. Upon receiving your details, we will swiftly prepare your replacement package and have it shipped directly to your location. Our dedicated rider will collect the returned item from your doorstep and deliver the new package. Please note that this option incurs a flat-rate fee of 450 PKR, payable as COD or through a bank transfer.
It is important to ensure that the rider collects the replacement package from your end before delivering the new items. Please securely pack the products in a shopper bag and hand them over to the rider for a seamless process.

Our team typically processes exchange packages weekly, ensuring efficient handling of your request. Anticipate the arrival of your exchange parcel at your specified destination within a week’s time. 🥳

Return Policy:
All products purchased from Zama Brand are eligible for exchanges within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- The item(s) is/are faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
- The item(s) do not match the original product specifications or differ from the purchased product.
